Gothic Gargoil

The most glorious carving to be produced in my 3 years at the London City & Guilds Art School, was my interpretation of a 'Gothic Gargoyle'. Inspired by Notre Dame and numerous gargoyle sightings in England and France. The Gargoyle started as a rough block of Portland Limestone at Tout Quarry on the Isle of Portland in Dorset. The Gargoyle has toured to many exhibitions in England. He has a fan club, people (especially children) love his characteristic form. I would welcome further gargoyle commissions at any point in my career.
